Description:
The measurement campaigns must be performed over a period of 1 calendar year (no overlap with other calendar years). The first measurement campaign starts at the latest on January 15, 2025. A total of 12 measuring campaigns will take place. The steels of 3 consecutive measurement campaigns are pooled to 1 steel per measuring location (see also 3.4). The deposit measurements take place near scrap companies with a GPBV shredder installation throughout Flanders (see the table below for list of 11 possible companies). Depending on the company, 1 or 2 measuring places will be chosen near the company. When the assignment is awarded, the exact locations of the measuring places are transferred to the service provider. The service provider draws up a planning of the measurement campaigns and delivers it to the VMM before the starting meeting. It is important that the measurements at the different locations are as simultaneously as possible (certainly near the same shredder) to have results in the same meteorological conditions.
