Description:
Concerns part of heritage premium file RDXI from the multi-year agreement for restoration of the Zwevegem transfo (2019-2023) where the outer shell of the old transfogy building is restored. The restoration also provides improved accessibility by providing itA new stairwell with lift. Redevelopment works make the large room on the first floor usable and rentable. Asbestos removal works must first of all be carried out on the ground floor. The old transfogy building prepares a sustainable new use through the works. By means ofThe new entrance hall will be further unlocked by the machine hall.
