Description:
The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of sterile custom procedure for the interventional heart and vascular center of the East Limburg hospital.
The assignment will relate to the following sets:
sterile set for performing a percutaneousAngiography via Lies/Pols
sterile set for performing a percutaneous angiography through medical imaging (MBV)
sterile set for performing an electrophysiological examination (EFO)
-Stile set for placing a run-recorder
sterile set for performing aTranskatheter valve implantation (TAVI valve)
All trays are composed of consumables, cover materials and surgical aprons.
The assignment will be described in detail in the second phase of the placement procedure, being the award phase.
The estimated value for the realization of the hereThe present assignment is +/- € 2 2,800,000.00 (excluding VAT).
Maximum value of the assignment:
This framework agreement has a maximum value, over the full duration of the assignment of € 3,360,000 excl. VAT.
Duration of the assignment:
The government assignment is concluded for a periodof 48 calendar months.
