• Description:
• Brussels Airport Company (BAC) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply, implementation and support of a People Flow Monitoring (PFM) solution for all relevant use cases within the airport environment. The framework agreement includes the supply of hardware and/or sensors, as well as the associated software, integrations, implementation services and support services. The initial scope focuses on the monitoring of core processes such as check-in, security screening/connectors and curb-to-gate flows. The framework agreement may also provide for future expansions, including the integration or replacement of existing People Flow Monitoring touchpoints, the expansion into additional terminal zones and the support of large infrastructure projects. The PFM solution must provide at least operational process monitoring and end-to-end journey and flow monitoring, and must provide BAC with high-level insight into, among other things, traffic and arrival patterns, route and movement analysis, occupancy and waiting times, occupancy rates per zone, turnaround times, queue dynamics, behavioral analysis, flight-based insights and passenger segmentation.
