Description:
Transformation and extension on buildings located rue de la Place n ° 5 and 7 to other-church (ramillies). N ° 5 is a large building partially occupied by a tenant and partially empty. N ° 7 is the municipal crèche Les Ptëts Poyons. Both the crèche and the tenant will be moved during the work to leave the entire free space for the work. The crèche will reintegrate its premises at the end of the structural work and external arrangements which must therefore be prioritized. The free space between the two buildings will be closed, the unoccupied room will be transformed into a reception center intended for early childhood (one one ...) and the floors will be prepared in order to be able to become housing.
