Description:
Object of the assignment: Appointment of a social secretariat for payroll administration and the application and advice on social legal legislation of and for various entities within Dilbeek - further described in this assignment. This services are supported and delivered with necessary and maximally integrated software. By service we mean at least: 1.Payroll administration Calculating wages, holiday pay, overtime, premiums, allowances, expenses, etc. Drafting of payslips and individual accounts. Calculations of provisions for holiday pay and end-of-year bonus. 2. Declarations and legal obligations Filing social security returns, withholding tax, Dimona, DmfA, etc. Ensuring that everything complies with Belgian social and tax legislation. 3.Employment law advice Advice on employment contracts, working hours, dismissal procedures, illness, parental leave, etc. Interpretation of collective labor agreements and sector rules and the Flemish RPR decision. 4.Document management Prepare and manage all personnel documents (contracts, social documents, certificates, pay slips, pay statements for year-end closing, social balance sheet, etc.). 5. Guidance for our employees Groep Dilbeek (personnel department) Inform about changes in legislation. Support with personnel policy, HR questions and social checks. 6.Offering a personnel management system and employee self-service. 7.
