Description:
The object of this assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of parts intended for the maintenance and overhaul of gearboxes of the T3000-T4000 tram vehicles of the STIB. The original gearboxes are from the Flender/Siemens brand.
If the tenderer cannot offer an OEM or OE part, he can submit a quote for a part of equivalent quality, provided the original specifications are met. These parts must be fully interchangeable without additional costs for STIB. The tenderer must be able to demonstrate that the proposed parts meet the specifications of the tram manufacturer.
The tenderer is expected to submit a tender by at least 90% of the references for preventive parts and at least 90% of the references for corrective parts. STIB reserves itself It reserves the right to declare the quotation as irregular if the tenderer does not meet this requirement.
The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 1 contractor.
The anticipated term of the framework agreement is 12 months fixed and can be tacitly extended twice, one each time period of 6 months, unless notice of termination is given by STIB.
