Description:
Purpose of the concession As part of this concession, we are looking for a vending machine concept offering a healthy and sustainable food offering. It can be used for direct sales and for the collection of baskets or products pre-ordered. By "healthy and sustainable" food offering, we mean a selection of products meeting the following criteria: Nature and origin of the products The products offered must be fresh, raw and unprocessed as far as possible. THE fruits and vegetables must respect seasonality. The products must come mainly from the own production of the participating producers (harvesting, cultivation, fishing or processing of own raw materials). Processed products may contain third-party ingredients, but in limited quantities and with full transparency on their origin. All producers and farmers involved must be clearly mentioned. A collaboration of at least five farmers and different producers is required, each having a specialized production (for example: fruits, vegetables, honey, meat, bread, etc.). Principle of the short circuit The short circuit refers to products sent directly from a producer or structure of producers, without intermediary, with the exception of the transporter.
