- The SNCB is looking for a candidate-agent for the exploitation of a concept of “coffee specialty” in the new lane corridor of the Charleroi-Central station, recently redeveloped to strengthen the attractiveness and fluidity of the site. The expected concept is a modern and qualitative coffee bar, combining a wide offer of hot and cold drinks based on coffee, with additional products such as pastries, and alternatives without coffee (teas, hot chocolates, juices, etc.). The establishment will have to meet the expectations of a varied audience - commuters, travelers, residents - by offering a quality offer, including vegetable options, lactose -free, gluten -free, etc. And a quick service, with attention paid to efficiency, reception and customer loyalty. The premises will have to offer a functional layout allowing take-out (Take-Away) and a user-friendly consumption area. The development will have to integrate into the contemporary aesthetics of the new lane corridor, while reflecting the own identity of the brand.
