Description:
In addition to the renovation works that take place at 14 homes in Reensen (including bathrooms, kitchens, electricity, solar panels and attic floor insulation), this assignment includes the modernization of the heating installations, the installation of ventilation systems and the renewal of theexterior joinery. The purpose of this additional assignment is to increase living comfort, to improve energy efficiency and to further optimize the sustainability of the houses. However, the concrete execution of the works is inextricably linked to the moment at which the relevanthomes are effectively available. As a contracting authority, we cannot currently predict with certainty when these homes will be released, nor whether all 14 homes will be effectively tackled within the term of this assignment. The implementation will always be planned and coordinatedIn close consultation with the awarded contractor, as soon as a home is released or when residents give permission to carry out the works during habitation. The timing and practical organization of the works will therefore be different per home. This method requires a high degree ofFlexibility and good cooperation between the contracting authority and the contractor.
