- This public works concession concerns the design, construction, management and operation of an underground car park under the Place du Palais de Justice in Namur.
The City of Namur (hereinafter referred to as the "City or the "contracting authority") will grant to the concessionairere the right to operate the underground public car park that the said concessionaire will undertake to design, build, manage and operate.
More precisely, the main services provided by the concessionaire are:
ο§the design of the underground car park and its surroundings;
ο§the construction and finishingcreation for its own account of a car park for vehicles on three underground levels, as well as all the equipment necessary for its operation, including access routes and devices for cars, bicycles and pedestrians (including PRM); management and operation of the parking lot for a periodfifty years old.
