Works market aimed at the redevelopment of Boël Park in La Louvière The place of works corresponds to a “landscaping” style park dating from the end of the 19th century. The site includes a castle, a number of remarkable trees, a body of water and old factories that must be kept. In addition, certain areas will be reserved depending on the fauna inventory and the status of protecting certain species (example: wall lizard). The entrepreneur will therefore take the necessary measures to preserve the natural and/or historical elements of the park. It will also take any necessary measure for the protection of recently made fittings (cycle path, games, ...). The main objective of the contracting authority is to convert this private park into a park accessible to the public. The attention of the entrepreneur is drawn to the fact that access is not yet public at the time of the work.
