Description:
An investment and maintenance contract for train pretreatment and painting facilities. and a shot blasting installation. This market will be divided into 2 lots. Lot 1: The study, delivery, installation and commissioning of the installations mentioned in this lot. There Training of SNCB staff in the use of these facilities is also planned in this contract. - Type A installation: installation for the pre-treatment of trainsets and trainset parts. - Type B installation: multifunctional installation for pre-treatment, painting, drying and finishing for processing oars and oar parts, e.g. axles. - 1 air-conditioned paint laboratory, including technical installation for paint mixing and storage. - 1 paint cleaning room, including the technical installation for cleaning equipment and storage of cleaning equipment. - 1 storage space, including technical installation for storing paint and cleaning materials. / The method of awarding this contract is based on 8 cabins for lot 1. The figures The exact details are not yet final. The choice of layout and number of cabins will be made based on the technical possibilities offered by the available space, the cost per cabin and the discount granted for the installation of several cabins (by type).
