- This contract is a works contract and aims to renovate and extend a recycling center accessible to the public and intended for the pouring of specific products such as glass, oils, wood, rubble, plastics, bulky items, batteries, waste. plants, etc. The work includes in particular: * the demolition of existing roads with a view to extending the recyparc; * excavated earthworks and embankments for the construction of new quays, access and service roads; * the construction of quay walls and the installation of fences, drainage, water pipes, electric cables, public lighting, fences, alarms and other site security installations; * the construction of a new service building and the creation of prefabricated shelters ; * the implementation of plantings, sowing, road and directional signage inside and outside the recyparc; * the supply and installation of directional signs and various accessories; * all necessary transport as well as evacuation outside the site outbuildings on land that the contractor obtains at his own expense, excess excavated land or deemed non-reusable by the contracting authority, as well as any waste, materials and objects from dismantling and demolition; * all transport necessary to bring materials to the worksite; * all supplies and labor necessary to carry out the work...
