In order to meet the the continuous and, if necessary, urgentneeds, the client wishes to conclude a multilateral framework agreement in accordance with Article 43 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016.
The object of the contract concerns the supply of the following medicines:
Reference P7527-Lot 1: Delivery of Bosentan 62.5 mg and 125 mg in the form of tablets for the hospital pharmacy
Reference P7528-Lot 2: Supply of Ambrisentan 5 mg and 10 mg in the form of tablets for the hospital pharmacy
The relevant medicinal product must in any case be registered/licensed to be for the commercial brengen in Belgium in accordance with the relevant legislation and, moreover, to be reimbursed in accordance with the regulations of the RIZIV.
