Description:
The delivery to be carried out concerns the provision of a framework contract for personal protection equipment - top clothing for fire brigade paramedics and this for a period of four years. This contract concerns one lot. The contract is not divided into lots in order to maintain uniformity in hand protection equipment. It is the intention of the Center Assistance Zone to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for the purchase and delivery of outer clothing for ambulance personnel for the Center Assistance Zone during a period of four years.Post 1: SWEATERPost 2: POLOPost 3: T-SHIRT The contracting authority has included in the inventory most of the outerwear of ambulance drivers ordered with the aim of being able to make a comparison between the offers. Applicant firms are therefore expected to submit a price for all items of inventory.Since it is impossible for the contracting authority to list the complete list of outerwear for ambulance drivers in the inventory, the contracting authority reserves the right to order related outerwear for ambulance personnel from the chosen supplier, insofar as the estimate of thecontracting authority and the threshold amount for the simplified negotiated procedure with publication is not exceeded. All conditions under which the framework contractor will carry out the assignments, such as delivery terms, method of delivery, fines, payment and the like, are fixed....
