Description:
The project definition broadly describes the following assignment:
The project provides for the demolition of building G01school 't Kasteeltje in Overijse. The functions that are now included in the other buildings G61, G40, G42, G41, G62 and G63 will also be integrated into the project.
The whole of the new building and the optimization of the outdoor space should further support the vision of innovative education, like thisthat 'making school together' and 'working class-breaking' are central!
The indicative Building Budget is of the order of 11,200,000 13,300,000 euros, incl. VAT and study costs.
With a view to monitoring costs and deadlines, it was decided to carry out the contract via a 'DB formula', i.e. one governmentcontract for the design and execution of the services and works provided until final delivery by the Contractor. A number of milestone payments are indicatively provided during the execution.
