- The contract includes a framework agreement with several companies, relating to the designation of outplacement offices for HR Rail, Infrabel and SNCB, in accordance with the law of September 5, 2001 aimed at improving the employment rate of workers. In the frame of the law of September 5, 2001, HR Rail is required to organize outplacements, in accordance with article 11: for employees who are made redundant and who are entitled to a notice period of at least 30 weeks or to corresponding leave compensation. THE Outplacement procedures must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law of September 5, 2001.
