• Description:
• The works mainly include: Lock doors (flood gates) overhead: • Measuring and inspecting the existing condition (doors, thresholds and chamber walls, also in connection with the installation of caissons). • Drawing up implementation plans (including integration study) • Removing the existing lock gates. • Replace of the pivot pins and associated triangular bases by locally drying the pivot pin by means of caissons. • If necessary, replace the rectangular base plate, including drilling 4 additional anchors and casting. • Replacing part of the anchorage of the lock gate in the quay (upper pivot point quadrant and pressure seats). • Preparation of implementation drawings of pressure chairs with attention to the curvature of the contact surface. • Preparation of design and execution drawings for pivot and shoe on the door and neck bracket. • Replaced bronze pan in the pivot shoe on the doors, matched to the new pivot. • Replacement of anchor block, shafts, nuts and adjusting bolts in tempered steel. • Manufacture of the new wooden lock doors, including caulking of the doors including steel / bolts / castings. • Preservation of steel parts of the lock gates and chambers. • Replacing the quadrant containers as well as the implementation of new anchors for the quadrant boxes. • Installing and adjusting the new doors, including adjusting the stop beam on the threshold and scraping off closing beams so that the doors become completely watertight when closed, with a specialized surveyor. • Deliver...
