Organization of before- and after-school childcare in all municipal primary schools, free & community education in Zaventem + the organization of holiday care for toddlers during all school holidays at 3 different locations (Sterrebeek, Sint-Stevens-Woluwe and Zaventem) for a period of 2 years, extendable by 2 years.
