- Public service contract for the organization of a B2B conference with space rental, technical services and catering (4 days). Innoviris will organize the first meeting of the Eureka network of the Belgian Eureka Presidency, which will run from July 2026 to June 2027. During this presidency, three mandatory network meetings will be organized in Belgium, the second in Flanders (March 2027) and the third in Wallonia (June 2027). During this multi-day event, which will be held from 23 to 26 November 2026, the following meetings will take place in Brussels: NPC, NPC-HLG, HLG and ISHLG*, during which the delegations (NPC and HLG) of the network members (including the European Commission) will meet. The Eureka 26/27 presidency is assumed for the second time in more than 40 years by Belgium. This conference aims to accommodate 150 participants.
