- The autonomous municipal company Vilvoorde is looking for 1 organizer to organize 3 sports camps during the month of August. - Target group: 6 to 12 year olds. - Capacity: 80 children per week. - Main monitor required. - Provided with a care center that starts from 7:30 am. - Provided with aftercare until 6 p.m. The organizer who is looking for the autonomous municipal company Vilvoorde is responsible for: - Programming: the thematic content of the sports camp week. Themes must be engaging and suitable for children between 6 and 12 years old. - Material: all (sports) material necessary to be able to offer the above program + care. - Animators or instructors: The organizer provides sufficient (main) animators to provide the children with a fun and safe sports camp. delivery including before and after care. - The organization is responsible for handling complaints. - UITPAS: the professional camp organizer accepts the conditions of the UITPAS (including registrations with a discount rate of up to 10%). The organizer can count on the following support from the city of Vilvoorde: - Infrastructural support: provision of the sports accommodation free of charge. - Communicative support: these sports camps are promoted and organized by the city of Vilvoorde mentioned on the website. - Administrative support: participants' registrations are processed through the city's reservation system.
