Description:
The object of the current Assignment is the realization of an infrastructure via a "Build to Suit" formula whereby the Contractor makes available the real estate that meets the Client's requirements via a rental agreement. The contractor is therefore the client.
Ittherefore concerns an assignment for the design, construction and financing until delivery of a real estate infrastructure that is then leased to the Contracting Authority for a period of at least 27 years (see also point 15 of the current Selection Guidelines). The Assignment also includes:the maintenance of the technical installations of the infrastructure for at least two (2) years after the Provisional Acceptance.
