- The object of the assignment concerns the appointment of a service provider who will supervise and realize the external communication of VISIT Flemish Brabant. It is important that external communication is in accordance with the renewed vision and marketing strategy of VISIT Flemish Brabant. Tourism Vlaams-Brabant vzw wants to market the VISIT Flemish Brabant brand even more strongly in the future. The marketing strategy is added as an appendix to this selection guide. The following aspects are part of the assignment: - Drawing up a multi-year umbrella concept within the guidelines of the strategic marketing strategy & creative implementation thereof; - Designing and implementing annual marketing campaigns (within the umbrella concept), for digital marketing, guerrilla marketing, media planning and media buying; - Advice and guidance. This assignment covers one lot. The assignment cannot be divided into parcels. The assignment requires the creation of a communication strategy and its practical realization. This assignment contains various parts that are related to each other and are even a further elaboration of each other. This requires a quick sweep communication between the different disciplines and components, which can best be guaranteed by assigning the assignment in its entirety to one entrepreneur.
