The Yves Gomezee viaduct is a work of art classified in health A (the worst) since 2017. Its replacement has been planned within the framework of the N5/E420 rehabilitation and security site between Fraire and Jamagne which will start in January 2027. A recent research agreement, conducted In collaboration with various universities (ULB, Uliege and Uhasselt) and the SECO Bureau has highlighted a lack of dimensioning of the art work vis-a-vis its resistance to the sharp force.
