The Isppc wishes to renew the complete fleet of flexible videoendoscopes in order to meet the following needs and problems:
 replace dilapidated and obsolete supplies
 reduce the maintenance and repair costs inherent in the obsolescence of the existing fleet
 ensure coverage of handmaintenance of the entire fleet
 benefit from the latest technological innovations in supplies
 rationalize and standardize the fleet of equipment between the various departments concerned
 pool the use of equipment in terms of training and staff skills
 optimizeder the financial choices over a pre-defined period
The orientation of the ISPPC towards a choice of operational rental represents an opportunity to achieve several objectives:
