- § 1st. Purpose of the services: Operational Liability/Legal Protection and Medical Liability insurance market for the Wallonie Picardy Hospital Center (CHwapi). 1. This contract is a contract for insurance services, which fall under the CPV code 66000000-0. THE The purpose of the market is to award the following insurance components: - Part 1: Operation Liability Insurance and Legal Protection of the Hospital - Part 2: Professional Medical Liability Insurance (Medical Liability) of CHwapi Prescriptions The technical requirements to which the services must respond are included in the technical clauses of the special specifications (the latter will be attached to the invitation to tender which will be sent to the selected candidates). 2. There is no division into batches. Bidders must therefore submit offers for the two aforementioned components. § 2. Important clarification: It is already specified that only insurance companies approved by the National Bank of Belgium, for one or more several branches of insurance covered by this market under the law of March 13, 2016 relating to the status and control of insurance or reinsurance companies will be selected as part of this market.
