Description:
The assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for 6 years for operational leasing of a minimum 4 and presumably 8 ambulances for the account of the Meetjesland assistance zone. Operational leasing of the first 4 ambulances will start in the first half of 2026. For theany operational leasing of the other ambulances is always required by the contracting authority, presumably in the period 2029 - 2030 (but the leasing is not guaranteed).
The contractor has no exclusivity during the term of the framework agreementPerforming this public contract. The Meetjesland assistance zone explicitly reserves the right to decide autonomously to start a separate procedure to allocate future deliveries similar to the subject of this framework agreement to anotherContractor.
The leasing formula contains an all-in price on a month basis. Things such as insurance, registration, maintenance, tires, etc. are always included. See also further details about this in the specifications under chapter "Technical provisions". The stretcher is not in the leasing formularecorded but optionally offered for sale.
The duration of the agreement is for a period of:
-4 years with 40,000 km/year or 160,000km
