Care band Leie and Schelde is an OCMW association that extends over the territory of the Pinte-Nazareth, Merelbeke-Melle, Destelbergen, Laarne and Wachtebeke-Lochristi and who bundles the activities of elderly care with residential care centers, service centers, day care centers, assisted homes, Thuiszorg, ed. Care band Leie and Schelde wants to offer a fair, flexible and transparent wage package to its employees. In the context of the cafetaria plan, two commercial vehicles (electric and/or plug-in hybrid) will initially be leased with a preceding maximum flex budget, Namely EUR 1,806.24 incl. VAT and EUR 1,648.17 incl. VAT per month. For this, a leasing company will be appointed that offers electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, including all associated services that contribute to a smooth and efficient mobility solution (including taxes, insurance, Roadside assistance + replacement car, charging station/ charging options/ charging card, charging costs, tank costs, tire change, maintenance, etc) that must be included in the monthly leasing amount. The employee must have the option of making a vehicle of your choice within his / her available flex budget Configure with specific wishes.
