- The subject of this contract is a concession for services (art. 2, 7, b) Concession Act) for the exploitation of a regional subsystem with (electric) bicycles.
The contracting authority transfers the conception, establishment and operation to the concessionaire from bicycle sharingsystem with electric and regular bicycles in the Ghent Transport Region.
According to the current estimate, the bicycle sharing system will include approximately 610 bicycles (normal and electric). This estimate is provided purely as an indication in order to allow candidates to form an idea of the scopeng of
the concession.
The anticipated term of the concession agreement runs until December 31, 2028.
