- The City, owner of three tourist boats called the Namourettes, entrusts a service provider with the operation, maintenance, repairs and transport of the Namourettes. This means that the service provider must therefore ensure: 1. the transport from the wintering place to the place of operation of the Namourettes and pontoons, including their launching; 2. the operation, maintenance and repairs thereof during the tourist season; 3. the exit from the water of boats and pontoons as well as transport from the place of operation to the place of wintering and putting the boats in order (cleaning, repairs, painting work).
