Description:
The municipality of Chastre wishes to offer a creche service on its territory while transferring the economic risk linked to its operation to a private economic operator. The operation of a childcare service will extend from the end of maternity leave until going to schoolin a subsidized collective childcare environment, as defined by the decree of 02/21/2019 aimed at strengthening the quality and accessibility of childcare in the French community and its implementing decrees, and approved by the O.N.E. The dealer installs and manages a crechein the building located at 2 Rue Grand Pre. The entrance is via Rue du Chene. According to the standards of the O.N.E. in force, these premises will have a maximum capacity of 10 places. This is equivalent to management by two periculturists. A monthly rent of €400, payable in advance on the 5th day of the months, will be paid into the Commune's account number. Gas, water and electricity bills inside the accommodation, as well as waste collection costs are the responsibility of the tenant. A rental guarantee equivalent to 2 months' rent must be paid before taking possession of theplaces.
