Lot 1 concerns the equipment of each operational unit of civil protection (Brasschaat and CrisnΓ©e) of a call center, dispatching which also allows the management of people, means and interventions and geolocation. The system can provide a real time overview of the availability of staff and rolling stock, means of civil protection deployed with their locations, as well as the means and staff still available in the operational unit. The system will also be used by the central administration (Directorate General Civil Security in Brussels) to follow the operational units.
