Open procedure for the organization of basic training for neutral calluses of information and communication centers (CIC) for the Directorate General of Civil Security of the Interior SPF
CIC CALLTAKERS (Information and Communication Centers, also emergency power plants 101) need solid, complete and structured basic training. The subject of this market is therefore the organization of basic training for CIC Calltakers. This basic training Calltakers CIC (228 hours of lessons in total) is divided into 5 courses, namely: • The fundamental principles of the judicial and police organization (24 hours of lessons); • Communication (27 hours of courses ); • Prevention of suicide (12 hours of lessons); • Social and technical skills (87 hours of lessons); • The nomenclature of applied events and protocols (exercises) (78 hours of courses). The objectives of training Are the following: • Training of new Calltakers recruited for CIC; • Uniform training in two of the national languages (FR and NL); • Training oriented on the practical aspect of Calltaking.
