Description:
Lot 1 concerns the equipping of each operational unit of the Civil Protection (Brasschaat and Crisnee) with a dispatching and call center that also allows the management of people, resources, interventions and geolocation. The system can provide a real-time overview of the availableIability of personnel and rolling stock, the resources of the Civil Defense with their locations and the resources and personnel still available in the operational unit.
The system will also be used in the central administration (Direction General Civil Security in Brussels) for themonitoring of the operational units.
The system consists of the following elements:
•Post 1:
software;
server for hardware or cloud;
implementation in the operational units and the central administration;
manuals;
training.
•Post 2:
subscription for using the system for 10 years;
-maintenance and support for 10 years.
•Post 3:
•further developments during 10 years.
Lot 2 concerns a geolocation system that must meet the needs of the Transfer Bureau, which is the transport service of the Immigration Department (DVZ).
Bureau Transfer is the transport service ofthe Immigration Department, which is mainly responsible for the transport of foreign nationals to and from the closed centres.
