Description:
The law of December 1, 2016 imposed on the ONSS to resort to the generalized use of constraint as a privileged recovery path. Following the entry into force of this law, the ONSS competed in and awarded, in 2018, a series of contracts for lawyer services adapted to the new reality of litigation in which the Office is likely to be implied. These contracts took lessons on January 1, 2019 and expired on December 31, 2023. The ONSS must therefore renew the competition of these lawyers' services, taking into account again the evolution and developments of interesting litigation Office activities over the past five years. In particular, it must be noted that in addition to business and matters for a long time occupying the litigation in question, increasing attention must be paid to the hypotheses of international fraud to the social security regime and to the repressive dimension of this litigation. This competition therefore aims to integrate these new dimensions.
