Description:
In accordance with the latest Capex Plan, and the on-going energy transition, Elia intends to outsource multiple investment projects for onshore substations in Belgium that were previously realized in-house. The aim is to construct some substations in a EPCIC-FIM model. Meaning that the engineering, procurement (without noble materials/FIM), construction, installation and commissioning will be (partly) tendered in one contract. Only candidates that qualify in the prequalification phase of this EU procurement (see section VI.3) of this Qualification System will have access the tender phases. The aim is to launch the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the first two projects, which is expected in June 2023 to the selected contractors of this prequalification phase. Would you be interested in participating for those first two specific projects, the ultimate submission date of the prequalification questionnaire (see section VI.3) is ultimately 01/04/2023 In the tender the (EPCIC-FIM) contractors that are selected will have to adhere to, among others, the following (non exhaustive): The noble equipment (like transformers, GIS, protection cubicles, HV-cables)… will be ordered directly by Elia on existing frame agreements. This is to ensures maximum homogeneity of Assets on the grid. The bid is compliant with existing Elia technical standards.
