Description:
The contract, made up of 2 lots, aims to supply office furniture and accessories for the HUmani scL sites.
- Lot 1: The seats.
- Lot 2: Office furniture and accessories.
The duration of the contract is 4 years.
OFFICE CHAIRS AND COMPLEMENTS
This lot consists of seats intended for equipment for workstations (example: visitor seats, wheeled seats with adjustable backrest, herbal tea seats, stools, etc.).
- The equipment must meet a set of needs and functionalities described in these special specifications.
- In what concerns Tisannerie seats, for varnished wood a single color is sufficient for the seat: 1 color for the metal base and 1 color for the light wood seat minimum.
- For fabric coverings, a minimum of 30 colors are offered, with a 10-year guarantee.
- For coverings in imitation, a minimum of 30 colors are offered, the minimum warranty is 5 years.
It is imperative that the coverings proposed for office chairs and visitor seats are identical, for all purposes of matching when fitting out the premises.
OFFICE FURNITURE AND COMPLEMENTS.
THE equipment that makes up this lot is the offices (work surface), additional accessories (extension etc.); mobile pedestals, office cabinets in different sizes and colors to match the furniture.
