- Services that need to be provided under Lot 3 of the Framework Contract include tasks such as the conception, design, development, integration, maintenance and technical support of office automation software applications and collaborative solutions and services, the execution of office application tests, integration tests, the carrying out of studies, research and support in the fields of multilingualism in IT, ODEF (Open Document Exchange Formats) and office automation in general, in relation to desktop version of Microsoft Office as well as Microsoft Office 365 (cloud-based office platform). In addition, expertise in creating, converting and maintaining existing software solutions that meets the requirements of ‘Open-Source solutions- is needed.
