This market is a service market which includes: • the preliminary draft with proposal for the development of a public space and the roads linked to it; • the development of the detailed project of the layout selected (plans, specifications and estimate); • Adjudication: the preparation of the necessary administrative documents (request for possible permit) and realization of the special specifications of the charges and the plans necessary for the publication of the call for tenders relating to the future site. Analysis of offers and a selection proposal; • The Safety and Health Coordination Mission; • The follow -up and reception of the site.
