- This assignment includes the purchase of a notification system with one contractor for the following matters:
- Supplying and installing an alarm and dispatch system compatible with ASTRID;
- Supporting the installed system (24/7);
- The possibility of connection with external emailssoftware packages (e.g. access control system Pro-Time).
NOTIFICATION SYSTEM (2)
Belgoprocess wishes to purchase a notification system from one supplier who is responsible for supplying and installing an alarm and dispatch system compatible with ASTRID. The tenderer also insures the subssupport of the installed system for a period of 7 years. Furthermore, the tenderer must meet various functional and technical requirements as described in these specifications. The notification system serves, among other things, to notify emergency teams via text message or telephone. DThis includes approximately 220 people. The entire emergency plan structure has approximately 300 people.
