Description:
The nature development works to be carried out are located within 2 sub-areas on the territory of the municipality of Berlare. Most of the work will be carried out in the Berlare Broek sub-area, while in Maeydonk the work to be carried out is sooner are limited. Both sub-areas are characterized by a high groundwater table and high water levels in the watercourses and ponds. These very wet terrain conditions ensure that earthworks can only be carried out in the driest conditions carried out. In addition, the ban on working during the spawning and breeding season also applies. So tight planning and flexibility is necessary given the short suitable period for implementation.
