The Province of East Flanders is working on the development of a new intranet based on SharePoint Online that can be seamlessly integrated into our digital workplace, developed in the Microsoft 365 platform. The intranet must become the central place where employees have all the information they need you need yourself, in a quick and intuitive way. Given our diverse audience, it is necessary to personalize sufficiently so that employees see the information that applies to them. Background information: The Province of East Flanders wants a new intranet launch. The current intranet is not attractive and intuitive. The information is difficult to find, often available in multiple places and often not up to date. The CMS is outdated, the search function does not work well and the intranet is not suitable for mobile use. It's cumbersome to to distribute target group-oriented information. There is a need for a modern, accessible & intuitive intranet where people can easily find the information they need. An intranet that also invites colleagues to connect with each other.
