- It is a new building for the operation La Strada (Special Youth Care Emmaus vzw), which guides young people between 6 and 21 years old during the day. This via a studio operation and route guidance. In addition, an office space is provided on the first floor for the employees of Jeugdzorg Emmaus vzw. It must be taken into account that the building zone is always closed since there is still a building of special youth care and there are a lot of young people walking around on the site. The plots of exterior joinery, forging and drilling for geothermal heat pump are tendered separately. The coordination of these plots is included in this assignment.
