New qualification system "BATIMENTS" applicable from 01/10/2025 to 30/09/2030
The qualification system is based on the work to be carried out relating to the approval of categories D and E on the basis of the following definitions:
1) Approval in category D:
Complex markets including the realization of construction, renovation or rehabilitation of buildings and buildings with various destinations until their perfect completion, whatever the materials used, such as: public and religious buildings, houses, schools, stations, halls, Prisons, barracks, warehouses, minary, garages and discounts of all kinds, industrial buildings, factories, administrative premises, offices, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, buildings of sports, cultural and hospital centers, Laundry buildings, crematorium ovens.
2) Approval in category E:
Complex markets relating to the realization of works of art not entering category B, such as reinforced concrete or prestressed structures of works of art, bridges, viaducts, aqueducts, tunnels For roads, metros, railways, metro work, water tower, silos and concrete tanks, coal park, ash pits, rotating plates, weighing bridges, retaining walls in reinforced or prestressed concrete, the civil engineering of water purification stations, locks and dams c...
