- This assignment concerns the provision of assistance to the builder ("assistant client") for the implementation of the Sportpark project on the Heyselplateau. This project, for which NEO is the client, aims to fullyReorganizing by installing different sports facilities. The project includes the construction of various outdoor sports fields (rugby, football, hockey, athletics, multisport, etc.), some with stands (up to 5,000 seats) and buildings (changing rooms, clubhouses, toilets, various halls,etc.). It also includes the renovation/expansion of an existing building of approximately 4,000 m2 (for offices and indoor sports facilities). Finally, it includes the overall layout of the site (and therefore of all areas around the elements mentioned above) in the form of a landscape park, withincluding earthworks, the construction of roads (for vehicles and pedestrians), systems for the management of rainwater (storm basin and infiltration systems), the construction of parking spaces (approximately one hundred places on the surface), the construction of children's playgrounds (including a water level) andThe design of all areas around these facilities in the form of green spaces.
