Negotiated procedure without prior publication (with publication in the Free Market) for FRUB (Flood Rescue Using Boats) formations on behalf of the INTERIOR SPF.
To expand the team, new people must be trained in the FRUB domain. New candidates must follow 2 types of training: - Rescue technician: the candidate becomes familiar with all aspects of life rescue techniques in case of flooding and in whitewater. - Boat operator: The candidate learns to drive different types of boats in flood and whitewater situations. Particular attention is paid to the security of the candidate, his colleagues and the victim.
