This public contract concerns the valorization of the planting pits on Avenue Général Garcia, the rehabilitation and painting of the existing guardrails, as well as the creation of a contemplation area equipped with a concrete bench offering a privileged observation point on the opposite bank. The main works to be carried out as part of this contract mainly include (non-exhaustive list): - Create a meeting and contemplation area by equipping a concrete bench offering visitors a privileged observation point on the opposite bank; - The preservation and enhancement of existing planting pits along Avenue Général Garcia, with the implementation of new landscaping; - La remise en état and the painting treatment of existing guardrails, including prior control of climatic conditions to guarantee optimal application.
