- The project integrates: 1) Energy and architectural renovation: • Halls 1 and 2 facades • Hall 2 roof • Hall 1 2) The following functional fittings: • Opening of the glass partition between Halls 1 and 2 • Deletion of all the canopies in hall 1 • The creation of new sectional doors to the future car park in the North • The renovation and securing of all emergency exits • The removal of the old RTBF 3 premises) The following technical installations: • Lighting halls 1 and 2 • Heating and cooling of all Halls by heat pumps • hygienic ventilation of halls, currently nonexistent • Generalized detection of halls • The replacement of the entire installation of the fire -fighting network • The implementation of new smoke outlets • The Halls health network will be carried out in compliance with the minimum technical requirements and the defined needs, more widely described in the technical clauses and the appendices to the specifications, in accordance with the environmental criteria required by the call for projects, as well as the rules of the art, to the standards and regulations.
