Description : We are looking for a partner to implement a system for managing geographical locations of our HV grid. These include linear assets (eg. towers, cables, …) , substations and substation assets (eg. bays, transformers, …) , non electrical assets (eg. telecom ducts, buildings, land cover, …) and other relevant geographical information (eg. parcels). The system must also provide map generation capabilities for various types of maps (eg. overview plan, detail plan, …) and this system must be integrated with Elia-s existing IT landscape (home made .NET applications, SAP and other off the shelf applications) and replicating it-s data to some legacy systems.
The implementation will be done with ESRI products (and if needed 3th party add-ons) by a partner who is an expert in ESRI products and IT integration. The partner has relevant experience in Utilities or distributed assets in general and with TSO/DSO specifically.
